The WisePay Register of Interest Service can be used in multiple services, such as Educational Trips and Visits, Tickets and Events, Before and After School Clubs, Clubs and Activities, Shop and General Payments Service.
The Register of Interest is created and once published, parents can locate this within the service it relates to. For example, all current clubs could be seen under the Clubs Graphic and beneath those products, a Register of Interest banner/s can also be seen. The parent only needs to select the ‘register my interest’ button to register their interest or be added to a waiting list.
This service provides reporting of those who have registered their interest and/or added themselves to a waiting list. This data is displayed in chronological order and a quick link is available to speedily create an audiences’ group of those individuals. This service is an effective tool for managing a product from conception to sale.
Our services can be used as one, several or any combination of software from the WisePay platform.
