Streamlining Payments for Schools
Prior to 2014, Churcher’s College (Churcher’s) had the usual issues of organising and managing school trips and visits, having to painstakingly count money and bank cheques. It was an administrative nightmare and was just taking too long: the process needed to be improved.
SHSB needed a solution that integrated with their catering contractor’s system, offered more functionality to make reconciliation simple, as well as ensuring that transactions were seamless and processes simplified.
St Francis of Assisi Catholic Primary School (St Francis) was finding the collecting and banking of cash for school meals very time-consuming and labour-intensive. They contacted WisePay to find out how they could consolidate and centralise communications and finances to make life simpler, safer and more convenient.
The primary objective for implementing a new software solution at Notre Dame High School was to improve the customer experience for students/parents and internal processes for the school, by streamlining existing administration and payment procedures.
